I'm also a mom (solo 50% of the time) and I've built my business around the life I want, not the other way around. I'm ruthless about protecting time with my family because I don't want to look back wishing I'd shown up more. My life is built around adventure, fitness and making memories. who i am & What i Do
I’m Vanessa. I spent nine years tree-planting, then built a massage therapy career and clinics in Banff and Canmore. That grit built Back At It: three clinics, 40+ staff and an onboarding system that actually works. I’ve hired and trained many, negotiated leases, run build-outs and rebooted management and marketing. I still use a business coach after 15 years because you never stop learning. I started You Got This to help owners trade overwhelm for clarity. I’m practical, plain-spoken and honest. I'll tell you if I’m the right fit and if not, I’ll point you to someone who is.
